Toki Air is a Japanese low-cost airline that was founded on July 29, 2020 and commenced operations on January 31, 2024. Being a regional airline, Toki air connects regional and remote areas across country. The airline operates flights from Niigata Airport in the city of Niigata, Niigata Prefecture.

Sapporo and Niigata are cities in North of Tokyo. Niigata is the capital and most populous city of Niigata Prefecture. It’s also home to Niigata Airport which is main hub for Toki Air.
Fleet
Toki Air fleet consist of two aircrafts for now and has two more in delivery for 2025. At the moment, the airline has two ATR 72-600 aircrafts in service. ATR 72-600 has a capacity of 72 passengers. Airline will receive four ATR 42-600S in early 2025 and it will have a capacity of 48 passengers.

Toki Air Baggage Allowance

Carry-on baggage
Size for carry-on baggage should be maximum 45cm x 35cm x 20cm. Weight shouldn’t exceed 10kg. Additional personal item( handbag, camera, umbrella) is allowed below 10 kg.
Checked-in baggage
Size for checked-in baggage is within 50cm x 60cm x 120cm (per piece of luggage) and weight is up to 20 kg. You can bring up to 45 kg baggage for additional fee, but please note that weight for one piece shouldn’t exceed 32 kg.
Wheelchairs, strollers, portable cradles, and child seats used by passengers are not included in the total weight and will be checked in free of charge.
Toki Air check-in
Online check-in for Toki Air flights are available on the website from 24 hours to 35 minutes before the flight.
Airport check-in opens 90 minutes and closes 30 minutes before the departure time. There aren’t check-in kiosks available for Toki Air flights.
